Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs, particularly in Senior Nutrition. This role involves administrative tasks, supervising staff, managing relationships, and ensuring program success.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage programs related to Senior Nutrition Home Delivered and Congregate Meal Programs
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement program strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners
- Oversee program evaluation and make recommendations for improvements
Skills:
- Experience in Nutrition or Foodservice, college degree preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in program management and development
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Budgeting experience is a plus
