JOB PURPOSE
The Program Coordinator works in conjunction with the Program Director in supporting the day-to-day operations of the center, working on meeting grant and other funder requirements.
JOB SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator will support administrative and reporting requirements along with coordinating various program requirements. This position will also take the lead on outreach to specific target populations and work with community partners to ensure efficient and timely support to meet the needs of each participant, as well as providing some direct service and recovery support directly to individual participants. Ideal candidates will have experience in program coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Special Schedule
This is a full-time 40-hour-a-week position, and the hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as needed.

Special Schedule: Normal schedule is standard business hours Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm; with occasional evenings and weekends as per programmatic needs.
Travel Demand: Occasional travel may be required as needed to present the program to schools and community-based organizations as well as funder meetings.
Job Experience: Two (2) years experience providing vocational assessment services, workforce development, or job development services for people with disabilities. Experience working with youth or young adults is preferable.
