ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate video cameras on location or in the studio and in the production of professional pre-recorded programming
• Design, transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions, as needed
• Maintain equipment inventory
• Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music
• Inputting graphics to enhance footage
• Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
• Applying color correction and color grading footage
• Work with internal team to document and streamline your editing process
• Develop and launch a plan for the FASTer Way podcast production
• Assist any additional creative projects and learn our brand guidelines
• Implement our new project management tool into your workflow
• Working closely with team members to deliver a product that matches the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Brand, on time
• Attend work in office according to the time and attire guidelines associated with FASTer Way
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in production or related field (desired but not required)
• At least two-five years of experience in a comparable role
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
