Job Overview
The Copy Center Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their printing and copying needs. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assessing their printing and copying needs.
• Operate various copy and print equipment to produce high-quality documents. *Will train

• Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs, enhancing overall sales performance.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring equipment is clean and operational at all times.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or inquiries regarding their orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating costs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Dependable
• A proactive approach to upselling products and services is highly valued.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is beneficial for managing transactions efficiently.
