Description
As an On-Call Site Supervisor, responsible for overseeing School programming at assigned schools within Stanislaus County. In this role, you'll provide direction and management for program implementation, staff supervision, and community relations at Club locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring safety, program quality, staff training, and membership administration. Reporting to the Program Director and Director of Operations, you'll ensure compliance with organizational and state standards while supporting the mission of the Stanislaus County Boys and Girls Clubs. This position offers flexibility with on-call scheduling to meet the needs of our diverse community and Club operations.
Requirements
KILLS REQUIRED:
Some college experience or Working towards a College degree preferred
· Minimum of two years experience in working with children.
· Knowledge of youth development
· Good level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
· Ability to provide guidance, assistance, and/or interpretation to others on how to apply procedures and standards to specific classes.
· Ability to utilize a wide variety of references, descriptive data, and information.
· Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Involves semi-routine standardized work with some latitude for independent judgment concerning choices of action.
· Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
· Ability to deal with the public.
· Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth.
· Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
· Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications and TB clearance
· Valid State Driver’s License
