Job Summary:

Anthem Tax Services & Anthem Gold Group Marketing team is seeking an Web Designer/Ad Copy associate who will be an awesome addition to our growing marketing team. As a web designer/Ad Copy associate, you will be responsible for supporting operations of all landing pages across the Anthem Tax Services & Anthem Gold Groups website and all of its landing pages. You will also be responsible for supporting improvements in our web/client portal webflows and A/B testing improvements that drive company leads. This role is critical as you are responsible for a large part of Anthem's growth. Responsibilities:

• Landing page operations: Build and optimize new/existing landing page experiences across web and mobile web to maximize subscriber acquisition and lifetime value. Utilize web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
• Work with our marketing team and managers across both companies to build and manage custom web acquisition funnels (landing pages) for paid/organic search, display, brand, and email.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on landing pages and signup flows. Leverage this data to identify new areas of opportunity to build custom landing pages and test hypotheses; use insights to inform user narratives and programs that improve the consumer experience leading to the brands growth. Build a deep understanding of our analytics systems, implementation, and how users behave on our webproperties.
• Help maintain our A/B experimentation roadmap for landing pages and sign-up flow, build tests in our experimentation platform, and interpret results in collaboration with data analysts and Finance team. Constantly seek out opportunities to optimize conversion rate.
• Support managers and owners in evaluating the company’s business goals, marketing strategy, and digital marketing plans, to synthesize them into a roadmap for the landing page and signup flow user experiences.
• Craft compelling, pithy, copy that effectively drives brand awareness, conversion, and engages authentically with our community.
• Write long/short-form copy for our web and landing pages and email campaigns.
• Write high-quality, error-free, original, and engaging copy for our website, email newsletters, print designs, etc

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a web/product management, product marketing, or digital marketing role.
• Experience in building and optimizing winning landing pages utilizing industry best practices
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS, web analytics platforms, SEO best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of cross-functional partners and a demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in AB/multivariate testing with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into insights and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with audience segmentation, thinking through the customer journey, and developing business requirements based on customer insights.
• Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment with technical know-how and comfort in working with acquisition marketing teams.
• Strong executor and problem solver who can be resourceful and creative. Start-up mentality with a strong level of independence and efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a subscription business.
• Experience in project management and collaborating with developers.
• Ability to work with HTML, CSS and other Web technologies.
