Digital Marketing Manager
Responsible for design, planning and implementation of the overall policies and goals for S&S e-business strategy. Position will work with information technology, creative, merchandising, circulation, database and other departments to maximize website and e-commerce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Set specific goals aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various digital channels (email, SEM, SEO, social media, etc.).
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals.
- Lead and mentor a small team of experienced marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Work closely with leadership, sales, merchandising, circulation, tech service and other departments to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- 3 years management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and relevant software applications
- Google Analytics / Ads / Search Console / Shopping
- Email Marketing Platforms such as Mailchimp and Bluecore
- Affiliate Marketing
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics and KPIs
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
