Copywriter, Case Studies

This is a hybrid position based in Dripping Springs, Texas.

As our copywriter, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing compelling case studies that demonstrate the positive outcomes achieved by our healthcare support services at our customer accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to gather information, conduct interviews, and translate complex data into engaging narratives. Your stories will play a vital role in attracting new customers and showcasing the value proposition of our healthcare division.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned projects and solutions.
• Interview customers, stakeholders, and end-users to capture key insights and data.
• Write captivating case studies that effectively tell the story of a customer's success due to HHS’ support services.
• Translate complex data and technical information into clear and concise language for a target audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, editors) to create visually appealing and impactful case studies.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to style guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and innovations in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 1 years of experience writing case studies, marketing materials, or other forms of sales content
• Highly skilled writer with a portfolio available to showcase
• Proofreading expertise and knowledge of the AP Style Guide
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, while a plus, is not mandatory.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
