We are a marketing agency looking for an experienced social media manager to administer our clients' social media accounts at our office in Fort Myers, FL. This is preferably in-office position with the possibility of shifting to partial-remote after 6 months.

If you have excellent communication skills, a creative mind for unique content, and have familiarity and experience using various social media platforms' advertising tools, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with client goals
• Set specific objectives and report results metrics as requested
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly depending on each client's social media plan
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Skills

• Proven work experience as a social media manager
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of social media advertising tools such as Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager

• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
