We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic sales environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required

Pay: $43,668.61 - $52,590.15 per year
