Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. GMCO is growing and currently looking to fill the position of DOT Compliance and Safety Manager. This position is responsible for leading the company and our employees in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with regulations at the state and federal level. This position will also ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, Motor Vehicle Reports, and Drug and Alcohol testing. Maintain, update and implement Driver Qualification records per current DOT regulations including medical cards and CDL License as well as assisting our maintenance department with any DOT equipment audits.
