Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager oversees and promotes the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Manages the administration of confidential reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Corporate Pricing and Product Manager

    Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a Pricing/Product Manager that is responsible for managing yields and pricing of specific value added products by working with sales, plants, and production departments to maximize JBS profits.

    Responsibilities:
    • Understand and implement JBS pricing policies.
    • Analyze the mix of customers and sold products to determine adjustments needed to maximize margins.
    • Interact with sales, scheduling, and accounting teams to optimize operating margins.
    • Monitor the marketplace, understand the seasonality of primals, the industry trends and pricing relative to that market.
    • Work with the plants to determine the correct standardized yield for all Value-Added products.
    • Determine the best raw material to utilize to maximize profits for JBS.
    • Understand the dynamics of the market to make informed decisions related to the pricing and sale of products.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    • BS/BA degree preferred with a major in one of the following: Business Marketing, Economics, Animal Science, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 5 year or more previous experience in the meat industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Must be team oriented as well as working independently
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be willing and able to react accordingly to market changes in a timely manner
    • Desire to work in corporate office environment.
    • 40 hours per week.
    • Microsoft Office applications a must.
    • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
    • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.     The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
    • Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
    • Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
    • 401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
    • Base salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 ; and
    • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
