Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualization and Design Development: Generate innovative design concepts that align with the project's objectives, client preferences, and brand identity. Translate conceptual ideas into comprehensive design plans, including floor plans, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections.
    • Space Planning and Layout Design: Utilize your expertise in spatial planning to optimize functional layouts that maximize guest flow, usability, and operational efficiency. Develop detailed floor plans, furniture arrangements, and 3D renderings to communicate design intent effectively.
    • Material and Finishes Selection: Curate a palette of materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative elements that elevate the ambiance and aesthetic appeal of hospitality spaces. Ensure selections meet quality standards, durability requirements, and budget constraints while aligning with the project's design concept.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong working relationships with clients, architects, vendors and the design team to facilitate seamless project coordination and execution. Present design proposals, mock-ups, and presentations- incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary to achieve consensus.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
    • Preferred experience of 1-3 years in interior design, with a focus on medical projects.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
    • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements related to retail design.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
    • Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for innovative design solutions that enhance the guest experience.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings, as needed.
