Directs all aspects of a fast paced embroidery operation
Manages, coordinates embroidery personnel and establish work schedules and assignments
Manages capacity and work flow to assure all dates and deliverables are adhered to
Communicates with the Corporate Office all info and details of the embroidery files assures adequate quality control
Responsible for management of budget, minimizing costs, assuring financial efficiency and inventory control
Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures.
Create an information file system / process to insure proper flow and quality control
Manager all aspect of the pulling and shipping schedule for all Embroidery orders within the WH system
Audits material needs to meet customer requirements
Timely updates of order status / ship via / tracking info.
Proficient with Google Drive/Applications or related software.
