ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Assisting the Marketing Managers with company properties as needed
• Provide administrative support to marketing team including copying, filing, running errands, invoicing, coupon tracking, preparing appointments and agendas.
• Calling and maintaining Brochure Locations inventory
• Perform creative aspects of communications projects, including copy writing, editing and design.
• Assist with the distribution of marketing materials to Hotels/ Restaurants/ Resorts such as brochures, posters and flyers
• Act as liaison for marketing materials needed for company events i.e. brochures, posters, poster stands, pop up banners, enter to win box & forms, etc.
• Oversee and work with interns for the department when applicable.
• Check Marketing Mail Box and distribute mail at least twice per week.
• Attend weekly Marketing meetings – take meeting minutes, type up and distribute to Marketing Department a few days prior to next meeting (Meetings are typically on Monday afternoons)
• Scanning and Tracking of Marketing Request Forms (MRF)
• Organize and keep inventory of all items in Marketing Closet (5th Floor) and materials within Marketing Department
• Assist Research Tasks and follow-up Calls for marketing initiatives i.e. Competitive Resorts (ski, golf spa, wedding) non-profits, schools, Business to Business, churches, etc.
• Assist Marketing Managers in events, local store marketing and special projects as needed.
• Assist Graphic Artists with cutting, laminating, ordering supplies and keeping inventory.
• Perform other job related duties as may be assigned or required

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field from an accredited institution.
• Must be analytical, creative, demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
• Requires tact, diplomacy and a clear courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
• Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
• Ability to work in a team and perform well independently
• Must display a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• High proficiency with all MS Office applications including: (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with faxing and copy machine usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
