    Harrison Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, payroll audits, and billing, strong communication and problem-solving skills.  


    Responsibilities:

    • Under the direction of Director of Human Resource, serves as the main coordinator of the payroll process ensuring that all Harrison Senior Living (HSL) employees are paid accurately and timely. This includes sending payroll reports to proper individuals and 401k upload approval.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of HSL’s employee’s pay and related information.
    • Work in conjunction with Payroll vendor to provide data and reports from the payroll system software as requested by the Director of Human Resources and other corporate leadership members.
    • Create census information for any Requests for Pricing (RFP), future projects, vendor consideration, audits, etc.
    • 401k-submit weekly payroll reports, process weekly enrollees, loan request and quarterly auto enrollments. 
    • Support payroll staff in all HSL facilities in the payroll and report writing/creating function.
    • Process payroll data such as garnishments, benefit time, insurances, and other deductions.
    • Contact various department supervisors/payroll processors for any missed times to ensure accuracy.
    • Inputs all necessary changes to HSL employees’ pay rate, benefit time and all other changes. 
    • Assist payroll staff and other HSL employees with questions regarding their pay, deductions, online access to pay information, etc.
    • Support the Human Resources Director with answering employee questions, requests and other information regarding Policy and Procedure and employee benefits.
    • Work in conjunction with the benefits broker to coordinate benefit enrollments, terminations, changes, and reconciliation of benefit statements. 
    • Support human resource staff in all HSL facilities in benefit eligibility, plan information, enrollment, termination, etc.
    • Process benefits billing, ensuring accuracy for all benefits offered to HSL employee.
    • 401(k) Administration consists of uploading and submitting employee contributions, loan tracking, etc.
    • Coordinate orders for facilities involving letterhead, envelopes, and ID badges.
    • Perform and maintain all filing to support the Director of Human Resources including personnel information, WC, UC, etc. 
    • Scan and distribute WC paperwork, UC paperwork, etc. to all HSL facilities as necessary.
    • Order and distribute uniforms for all HSL employees through Scrubs on Wheels program. 
    • Submit EEO report yearly. 
    • Responsible for year End Payroll. 
    • Responsible for yearly worker’s comp audit. 
    • Ensure compliance with all state (PA,MD & DE) and federal payroll regulations.

    Requirements

      Requirements:

    • Associate/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 
    • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and billing 
    • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
