Our client is a growing professional services company. They have a few lines of business including a large sales call center, and they’re looking to hire a new Corporate Sales Trainer based in Las Vegas. This person must have experience working as a Sales Trainer in a similar, client facing company. This is a fun, growing business that has a family/team-centered culture. Here is a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom. This is a brand-new role!

**Must live in Vegas now - and must be on site 5x a week**

Corporate Sales Trainer (On-site in Las Vegas):

 Experience as a corporate trainer for a SALES call center or similar environment is MANDATORY

 Must have excellent communication skills

 Must have experience developing and creating training content from the ground up

 Must be extremely hands-on and able to work with a high volume of employees daily

 Will generate, refine, and update training presentations, resource material, training manuals, reports, etc., from the ground up

 Must be an outside the box thinker who can find creative and thoughtful ways to reach employees, depending on their preferred learning methods

 Salary likely between $60-$80K on the base bonus potential, benefits, and PTO
