Job Summary:

We are a growing family-owned business seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial record-keeping, including maintaining financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget and audit preparations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of general ledger
- Perform account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Proficiency in accrual accounting and financial concepts
- Experience with account reconciliation and balance sheet analysis
- Familiarity with payroll processing and accounts receivable
- Financial acumen and attention to detail
