Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Cost Accountant to join our client's manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting cost data for our manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cost tracking and analysis.

Location: Onsite in Spring Hill, FL

Compensation: $125k-$145k

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree and/or CPA preferred
- 5 years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Proficiency in cost accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP implementations

Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances to ensure accurate reporting
- Develop and maintain cost standards for materials and labor
- Prepare cost forecasts and budgets for manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support
- Conduct regular audits of cost data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on cost analysis
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cost accounting for manufacturing
