POSITION: Sales Analyst
OVERVIEW: Responsible for monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand and revenue, analyzing and establishing sales and delivery routing plans, and providing actionable insights to the sales team for sales meetings. Actively monitor company Daily KPI’s to enhance business efficiency and profitability. This position reports directly to the Director of Analytical Development and receives direction from the Chief Executive Officer on projects as needed.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compiling, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting sales performance. Dig into data to investigate irregularities and identify areas company can scale efforts for growth.
• Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams and present information in meetings as needed. Gather and analyze the success of marketing efforts.
• Create ad hoc report and analysis as needed
• Lead the Sales and Delivery teams through Routing changes and present information in meetings as needed to maximize efficiencies
• Develop annual sales budget forecast, align with Executive Management and Sales
• Create reports on key findings and assessments by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Construct dashboards and reports based on business data and educate sales and management teams how to use.
• Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends to predict future growth.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, analyze current business processes and make recommendations improve to efficiencies.
• Any other tasks as requested by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or data management preferred, or 5 years of industry knowledge.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
• Previous beverage industry experience preferred.
• Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of management.
• PC proficiency, with strengths in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint, experience with software applications and online platforms. Train others as needed.
• Must have excellent work habits, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, organizational and time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
