Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous counter sales and customer service experience in plumbing/heating wholesale supply house preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing/heating supply equipment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Time management skills to ensure efficient workflow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47.5 – 52 per week
