Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases

- Optimizes margin and service through efficient use of transfers, drop-ship, etc.

- Responsible for growing sales with trusted customers.

- Responsible for quoting and managing small projects.

- Provides consistent and timely follow-up on customer inquiries and order status.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales totals
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and provide recommendations to customers
- Utilize technology to process orders and track inventory
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer calls

Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in Electrical or HVAC is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to explain product features to customers
