Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works within the team concept of Crowe Custom Countertops and understands that we win or lose together.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Ensures that realistic personal sales goals are set and achieved. Solicits new business.
• Has a "Hunter" sales mentality.
• Responsible for developing accurate cost estimates within the time frame and price structure as assigned by the Director of Sales and communicating these estimates to the customer in a timely manner.
• Follows up on bids as necessary, including following up with contractors and other customers on bids that were not accepted. Develops a full knowledge of Crowe Custom Countertops estimating and job costing computer systems.
• They will continue to assist customers through the countertop process, answering questions, changing and revising drawings and estimates, and handling objections from customers and contractors.
• Ensures the quality of customer service by monitoring key indicators and reports, as well as frequent and random contacts with customers. Must be able to handle the sales segment of the business.
• Must be able to work with people, negotiate, analyze problems, and translate company goals into actions necessary to achieve the goals.
• Must possess the ability to work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, area contractors, owners, suppliers, and other outside professionals with whom the company regularly interacts.
