What we are looking for:
A Creative Lead (CL) is an experienced creative director, content creator, and social advertising strategist, capable of overseeing multiple client projects simultaneously and managing a small team of content creators, writers, and producers. An average day for our Creative Leads includes: concepting for new video assets, reviewing and improving scripts, making creative decisions around casting & shotlists, and collaborating with producers to bring their video ideas to life.
Our Creative Leads must have a strong and clear creative vision and be able to see that vision through from initial concepting session to final edit.
