Position Overview: We're seeking a strong Creative Director to lead our marketing, design, and communication efforts. As the Creative Director at FreePower, you will play an important role in the development and evolution of the FreePower brand. You will lead the company in developing on its identity to inspire our customers and push the business to new heights. You will report directly to the CEO to help grow FreePower into the market leader its technology can enable it to become. You will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including product features, branding, web design, photo and video shoot production, 3D rendering production, trade show booth design and activations, social strategy, showroom displays, marketing materials, and everything else creative.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on design execution
• Management of creative consultants, including agencies and freelancers
• Elevation of our brands visual identity across all channels
• Drive the content strategy across all channels, including social, digital, events, and print
• Assist and creative materials needed to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts
• Plan and produce photo and video shoots
• Manage all web design and development
• Ensure a high level of creative quality and consistency across all channels
• Create tools for presentations and other forms of communication for companywide use, including sales, ops, and engineering

List of Critical Skills:

• 7 years of creative director or comparable experience
• Demonstrable capabilities of hands on design work and brand creation / evolution
• Strong foundational principles of branding, visual identity, and user experience
• Strong foundational principles for usage of typefaces, colors, branding elements, and visual communication in general
• Passionate creative and a jack of all creative trades
