FBR Management is a hospitality group which owns and operates fourteen bars in the Austin area: Dive Bar, DuMonts Down Low, The Fieldhouse, Gibson Street Bar, Lala's Little Nugget, Mean Eyed Cat, Midnight Cowboy, Sign Bar, Star Bar, The Wheel and three locations of Lavaca Street Bar. We have four additional locations under construction that are slated for openings throughout 2024.

We are looking to add a Creative Director to our leadership team. This position will work closely with executive management, the marketing team, the Facilities and Maintenance Department as well as the Business Operations team to develop, design and implement creative strategies for all locations from start to finish. This position will maintain a non-traditional work schedule as project implementation dictates schedule.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creative Development: Meeting regularly with the executive team to discuss expectations and vision, then creating a strategy for execution.
• Develop, plan and implement creative campaigns for customer engagement, increased sales, and guest satisfaction
• Project Management: Oversee all campaigns and projects from start to finish
• Work proactively with our Marketing and PR teams for campaign promotion
• Oversee promotion strategies and design of creative elements
• Engage the facilities and maintenance team for activation build-outs and bar takeovers
• Source and facilitate delivery of all design and decor materials
• Serve as scheduling and logistics manager for implementation of extensive seasonal and holiday activations such as Halloween, Christmas, NYE and St. Patrick's Day.
• Merchandising and Brand Cultivation: Overseeing the design and creation of merchandise for each location including shirts, hats, stickers and seasonal items
• Recognize and implement branding opportunities
• Developing new products and sales strategies
• Working with the management team to keep inventory of merchandise and order as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
