We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to join our creative group. In this role, you will be a linchpin in the development of our creative projects, ensuring smooth operations and the seamless execution of projects from conception to completion. You will report to the agency owners and work alongside a team of talented creatives to ensure that our work is not only innovative and impactful but also aligned with our clients’ goals. This position involves orchestrating the logistics behind creative endeavors and facilitating communication between different departments. By maintaining a clear overview of project requirements and progress, the Creative Coordinator ensures that all pieces of the puzzle fit together harmoniously, allowing creative talents to focus on what they do best. This role requires a blend of organizational skills and an understanding of the creative process, making it essential for the efficient delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in client calls and collaborate with leadership to provide targeted creative direction/vision.
· Review existing creative materials to identify opportunities for fresh and innovative approaches.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the project vision and objectives.
· Creative Direction and Quality Control:
o Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative briefs.
o Assist project managers in crafting detailed creative briefs for the team (both writing and design).
o Provide clear guidance and a compelling narrative to the creative team during the development of campaign concepts. Draft a rough sketch to communicate your ideas effectively.
o Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, aligns with the strategy, and is appropriate for the communication channel.
o Offer constructive feedback to enhance creative output.
o Uphold the agency’s reputation for excellence.
· Help with “selling” the creative and explaining to the client how it aligns with the strategy and goals. Ensure that creative work reflects the initial direction and client aspirations.
· Inspiration and Industry Trends:
o Curate and share industry-related inspiration with the team on a weekly basis.
o Explore creative work beyond our verticals, learning from consumer and B2B brands.
o Stay informed about emerging trends in strategy, design, voice, and AI.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing).
· Proven experience in a creative role.
· Exceptional design and conceptualization skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to harmonize visuals and messaging to create a cohesive, impactful end product
· Strong leadership, communication skills and forward-thinking mindset.
· Excellent understanding of different mediums and how the audience interacts with each, for example, print, digital, video, and social media.
· Knowledge of our verticals: financial, healthcare a must, insurance, life science, and higher edu a plus.
· Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
