Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Availability for summer season: June 24th - August 16th with additional time prior to camp season for training /orientation, inventory program area, order supplies and set up program area(s).

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Have you ever taught ceramics and worked with a kiln?
- Camp dates are Monday - Friday, 6/24-8/16 from 9am-4pm. Training/Orientation will be 6/8, 6/15 and 62 from 9am-5pm. We will also meet 6/17 - 6/20 from 4-7pm. Do you have any conflicts with any of these dates/times and would you be able to be present a session during training?
