Creative Project Manager

Position Overview

The Creative Project Manager will oversee and coordinate creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. This role requires a blend of creative vision and project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and clients, to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Implement asset management processes to track and organize project materials and resources.
• Facilitate logistics planning for project execution, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful launch.
• Utilize Hive project management tools to monitor progress, track deadlines, and report on project status.
• Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project developments and address any challenges that arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Strong skills in asset management, communication, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Hive, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
