Operations Production Manager – Design, Production & QC

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Print Production Manager with at least 5 years of print management experience handling roll-to-roll printers, laminators, and plotters. You will oversee the design, production, finishing, and quality control (QC) departments, managing a team of 20. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Products and RIP Software, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, production, finishing, and QC departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality output.
• Manage workflow and deadlines while continuously improving processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work culture focused on innovation, evolution, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to align production efforts with customer service excellence and operational goals.
• Supervise and mentor a 20-person production team, ensuring high standards in print quality and customer service.
• Balance management duties with hands-on involvement, spending approximately 95% on design and production management and 5% on direct monitoring of workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of print production management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Products and RIP Software.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of improving production and team performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation: Starting salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
