As a Creative Project Manager, you’ll work alongside other creatives and producers to run the day-to-day project management for marketing and events creative projects. These include rich event experiences for internal and external events spanning digital, print, and presentations that includes design, copy, motion, and video. The project manager will help drive creative project planning, timelines, day-to-day project operations, partner alignment, approvals with stakeholders, and ultimately delivery of creative work to internal or external partners on time.

- Extensive experience as a creative program or project manager (agency or in-house) on integrated campaigns, marketing, or events.
- Deep understanding of the creative development processes for print, motion, video, and web.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects with complex deliverables at one time.
- Proficiency in developing and managing project documentation, scoping, workflow, and asset delivery.
- Leadership skills for coordinating teams and maintaining clear communication.
- Expertise in E2E creative development planning and execution, including stakeholder management and project approvals.
- Strong organizational skills for asset management and team coordination.
- Understanding of industry best practices for creative production across channels.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with marketers, creatives, and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Passion for producing innovative creative work that enhances the Intuit brand.
- 10 years in creative project management at a large company, advertising agency, or in-house creative agency.
- Experience engaging and working directly day-to-day with internal creative teams and external vendors.
- Expertise in managing large-scale projects for national brands.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike experience is a plus).
- Rigor in being detail-oriented and managing scheduling.
- Track record of working on high-profile, award-winning projects.
- Experience in content development for events and go-to-market campaigns.
