Immediate full-time opportunity for a Health Care Credentialing and Recruiting clerk for our very busy and growing company in Ft Myers.

Skills:

• Excellent Spanish and English skills required
• Highly detailed oriented and well organized
• Proficient at data entry
• Outstanding communication skills
• Work effectively in a high energy team environment
• Work independent and in group settings
• Healthcare experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Source new candidates
• Obtain and validate all required credentials from potential candidates
• Train newly registered caregivers on standard procedures
• Provide specialized training to caregivers according to contract specifications
• Track and maintain current, compliant credentials on all caregivers

We need a team player who works well with others. This candidate must be dependable and a self starter!
