Job Description:

Under general supervision, identify areas of improvement, implement process changes, and optimize efficiency within our warehouse operations. Communicate with relevant teams including but not limited to warehouse Logistics Service Provider (LSP).

• Identify areas for improvement within warehouse operations and develop innovative solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in production processes.
• Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce stock-outs and overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process changes.
• Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and support initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving overall quality and safety standards.
• Train and educate warehouse personnel on new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree:

• Supply Chain / Operations Management
• Industrial Engineering

A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant professional experience in the following area(s):

• Lean Six Sigma principles and methodology.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
