This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex credentialing and enrollment requirements.Key Responsibilities:Credential and enroll new therapists with current commercial and state medical panels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Submit applications for Medicaid approval in states where expansion is sought, and diligently track progress until approval is obtained.Facilitate credentialing for new hires, collecting all necessary information for enrollment with current commercial and Medicaid panels, and affiliating them with existing group contracts.Complete all applications and follow up until completion, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.Document processes step by step for process improvement and documentation purposes.Utilize digital systems, including Salesforce, for secure storage and management of sensitive credentialing data.
