Coordinate extensively with corporate and business teams across the Company to develop business cases and presentations that enable strategic decision-making Financial knowledge- understanding of U.S. GAAP and Stat financial results, capital, and cash flows. Drive continuous automation and improvement of processes and output of the team. Leverage technology and best practices to streamline financial processes Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis What you’ll need: Undergraduate business degree in Finance, Accounting or related business fields 5 years of experience in forecasting, planning and analysis, and financial reporting experience Experience in working in Financial Services industry, particularly with Life Insurance, Annuities, Retirement and Asset Management Ability to understand business fundamentals and business strategy Corporate Finance and financial modeling experience a plus.
