    The Regent Holding Company FP&A Manager supports the company's success by enabling well-informed decisions with exceptional analysis, reporting, and projecting. This role integrates with the businesses to develop a deep and constantly growing understanding. A strong candidate will enjoy asking detailed questions and have a flare for translating the answers into relevant financial analyses. Building on a core reporting foundation, this role is integral to the monthly reporting cycle and the business planning processes.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Financial Reporting
      • Administrate the monthly close process across the businesses
      • Prepare the monthly consolidated financials
      • Work with the businesses to proactively improve reporting processes
      • Create the monthly consolidated reporting presentation
      • Develop and/or review monthly variances
      • Create weekly financials updates
      • Assure processes and systems are well-developed and consistent
    • Planning
      • Lead and be a key contributor in the annual budget process
      • Lead and be a key contributor in the forecasting process
      • Develop and maintain an interactive five year outlook
      • Analytically review plans and recommend changes to assure that company goals are met
    • Controls
      • Assure that US GAAP is followed and that reporting is compliant across the companies
      • Manage the annual audit
      • Assure that appropriate controls are in place and maintained

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
    • CPA or CMA strongly preferred
    • Masters preferred
    • 7 years of relevant experience with 3 years of hands-on consolidated financial reporting
    • Strong systems background with the ability and experience analyzing large amounts of data
    • High degree of competence working in a multi-ERP environment
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Occasional travel will be required.
