Credit Analysis Manager jobs in Norwich, CT
Credit Analysis Manager develops and implements procedures for analyzing the creditworthiness of prospective and current customers. Manages a group of credit analysts and approves requests for credit extensions based on analyst recommendations. Being a Credit Analysis Manager may personally handle larger/more complex accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Credit Analysis Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Credit Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Credit Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A day in the life of a Credit Assistant Manager:
- Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts on a daily basis
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes
- Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to get out of the store and display a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, while following all handling and transportation procedures
- Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind
What are the minimum requirements?
- 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age Valid state driver's license and good driving record
- - You WILLbe driving the company vehicles
- Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
- Great communication and customer service skills
