- As a Credit & Collections Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the receivables and collections functions for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Collections: · Manage the collections process, including the timely and professional follow-up on past due accounts. Customer Service: · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounts payables and collections inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns and inquiries, striving to exceed expectations in customer service. 3. Reporting and Analysis: · Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collection activities, and key performance metrics. Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in the collections processes. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3 years) in credit management and collections, specifically in the construction industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
