Advanced Remarketing Services is seeking part-time bookkeeping/collections clerk to work with the nation's top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. This position is in-person only. Responsibilities in this position include:

- monitor/track aging report fluctuations
- make phone calls/emails on outstanding accounts
- review all incoming payments for accuracy
- process incoming point of sale payments

Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and basic computer skills such as email, google suite, word, and excel.

Requirements:

-High school diploma or GED-1 Year bookkeeping experience-Associates in Accounting or Finance preferred
-Basic computer and typing skills
-Ability to communicate clearly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Experience level:

• 1 year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
