Commercial Credit and Loan Administration: Working closely with the Senior Credit Risk Manager, will be responsible for the commercial credit activity of the Bank. Oversees the Bank’s commercial Credit Analyst team and pipeline management. Develops and recommends loan policies and credit risk review policies and procedures. Identifies credit risk situations and provides guidance to the Commercial Loan Origination team. Administers all aspects of commercial loan underwriting, loan review, and credit training.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING REQUIRED FOR MAXIMUM PROFICIENCY: Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and other MS OFFICE applications required. Familiarity with automated underwriting systems is a benefit.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Eight to ten years of relevant experience in commercial lending including formal credit training. Previous experience as a Commercial Credit Manager supervisory role as well as loan servicing administration is a benefit.
EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree is required preferably in business or finance with formal Commercial Credit Training or related banking education preferred.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY: The supervisory/managerial responsibilities are direct or conducted through team leaders or assistants.
