The ACFE has an immediate opening for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist in the Austin area. Though this position is mostly remote, candidates must be willing and able to commute to the downtown Austin area at least once a week.

This role is essential in growing our membership through the development and management of email programs and pay-per-click advertising campaigns. Essential Functions

1. Plays an integral role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive membership growth and increase member engagement and retention.
2. Designs, develops and manages email programs and landing pages in Marketo.
3. Conducts A/B testing of email and landing pages to continuously improve marketing campaign performance.
4. Manages and assists with pay-per-click advertising campaigns under the guidance of the Membership Communications Manager. 
5. Crafts marketing ads and copy across various digital platforms, understanding target audiences for each campaign segment.
6. Manages automated email campaigns for trade shows with the purpose of converting leads into members.
7. Collects, reports on, and analyzes performance metrics, including pay-per-click and email metrics, membership statistics, and other KPIs. 

Position Requirements 

1. 1-2 years of marketing or membership development experience required. 
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.    
3. Proven skills in organizing work, communicating effectively, managing time effectively, and timely handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
4. Ability to travel 1-2 times per year. 
5. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
6. Experience with digital marketing (email marketing, PPC advertising, etc.), preferred.
7. Copywriting and/or experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, a plus.
