Credit Card Operations Clerk, Sr. jobs in Weymouth, MA

M.S. Walker has an immediate opening for a Credit Clerk to add to our Norwood, MA headquarters! The ideal candidate must be able to work in an office environment and possess excellent phone and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Processes delivery documents and reviews data for discrepancies
• Performs computer data entry (credits, pricing, applying credits to A/R, excel spreadsheets)
• Communicates with the Sales Department, colleagues and customers regarding customer accounts
• Reviews and analyzes customer accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 years Office Administrator experience
• Ability to communicate professionally with all co-workers including senior management
• Organization and attention to detail is a must
• Excellent math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
