JOB SUMMARY:
This employee is responsible for the maintenance of the files for the Credit Union. The duties include but are not limited to filing microfiche, photocopying, and typing folder labels.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Accurately sort and file all member information.
Assist and back up to the Title Clerk.
Type folders with name and account number for all new member loan accounts
Obtain copies of statements per members' request.
File all loan folders pulled throughout the day.
Ensure that the archive records are properly stored and easily accessible.
Ensure that all records are current.
Check and maintain regular supplies and notify Supervisor of need to replenish supplies.
Photocopy and archive electronic documents.
Assist in relieving reception/telephone operator.
Accurately perform loan account maintenance as requested by staff.
Understand compliance issues & attends training as they relate to Loan Clerk, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act; Reg P; Patriot Act.
Performs all other assigned duties.
