Kohler Distributing Company is the #1 Beer and other Alcoholic beverage wholesale distributor in Northern NJ.  We are 280 team members strong, working in a 250,000 square foot office and warehousing facility.  We stride ourselves in providing the best support and service to our nearly 3000 retail customers.

We are currently looking for a new Credit Receivables Clerk to join our Team.  This position reports to our Credit Receivables Supervisor and ensures the company receives payments for goods and services sold.

Essential responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:

• Process new customer credit applications.
• Creates contact with customers with invoice processing issues.
• Issue payment commitment letters.
• Monitor Cash On Delivery.
• Coordinate customer credit changes.
• Maintain accurate record of customer payments.
• Process and post daily deposits.

Applicant must possess the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of office/credit/receivables experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have computer skills: Internet, MS Office, Windows.
• Knowledge of working in multiple software systems.
• Knowledge of NJ Alcoholic Beverage Control procedures is a plus.

This is a full-time position paying $15.13 per hour, Monday through Friday 8:00A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
