We operate three unique brands—Crew Supply Co., Crew®, and Garny® —each poised for rapid growth in 2025. We are looking for an ambitious, smart, and kind digital marketing expert to join our growing team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Analyst who is excited by a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to take a leading role in growing Crew’s portfolio of brands. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email campaigns and flows to increase subscribers and achieve revenue targets. Our ideal Email Marketing Analyst is passionate about brand storytelling, goal-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges at a growing e-commerce company.

This is a full-time, salaried position for candidates currently residing in, or planning to relocate to, Columbus, Ohio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Create, deploy, and manage targeted email campaigns and automations/flows strategies for Crew’s brands.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars in concert with overall company initiatives, product launches, and partnerships.
• Brand storytelling – utilize e-commerce and copywriting expertise to communicate brand values and shape the customer journey for each of Crew’s brands.
• Grow, manage, and optimize our engaged email subscriber lists.
• Assist B2B sales team with top-of-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor, report, and improve key performance indicators (e.g., deliverability scores, open rates, engagements, conversions metrics, abandoned cart rates, etc.)
• Leverage segmentation to implement targeted emails and personalized marketing strategies based on customer behaviors.

CORE COMPETENCIES: 

• 2 years of digital marketing experience for an e-commerce brand.
• 1 years of email marketing experience, emphasizing calendar management and flow automation.
• 1 years of design experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
