    Brief Job Description: This employee will provide behavioral health services to individuals identified by ECC or law enforcement as needing a mobile Crisis Co-Response (CCR) in Christian County. Employee will be located within law enforcement agency.

    Job Responsibilities include:

    1) Participate in the development of CCR Program.

    2) Fulfill all reporting requirements including but not limited to participation in onsite meetings, phone conferences, submission of data for reporting purposes, documentation, etc.

    3) Provide mobile behavioral health crisis services to individuals identified as needing a Crisis Co-Response with law enforcement in Christian County to de-escalate, develop plan to maintain safety, stabilize, and improve level of functioning.

    4) Crisis services can include intake, screening, emergency assessments, psychosocial assessments, court order evaluations, and/or referrals to appropriate level of care.

    5) Provide consultation, education, and networking with community agencies including law enforcement, industry, hospitals, jails, and Department of Community Based Services.

    6) Collaborate with members of the Crisis Co-Response team and other community agencies

    7) Provide prompt and accessible interventions on a least-restrictive basis.

    8) Educate and assist clients and their families regarding the client's treatment and care.

    9) Advocate for clients as needed

    10) May be required to work an alternative schedule based upon need

    11) Complete all required documentation according to agency policies and procedures.

    12) Other duties as required/assigned.

    Requirements for this position include:

    Minimum of either (1) Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology with Kentucky licensure as a psychological associate; (2) Master's in social work with Kentucky licensure as an LCSW (or CSW working toward LCSW with proper supervision and experience); or (3) others who meet QMHP qualifications.

    Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and present proof of automobile insurance. Must pass a legally required Criminal Records Check and a Sexual Offender Registry check. Must provide proof of a recent (less than 1-year-old) TB skin test.

    $5000.00 Sign-On Bonus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
