We are seeking an experienced freelance Experiential Creative Director. This person will be concepting immersive experiences tailored to the unique requirements of our client's space. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing activations that not only align with the brand's objectives but also integrate seamlessly with existing technologies and the digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in experiential marketing and a deep understanding of how to engage audiences through innovative experiences.

You Will:

• Lead the conceptualization of an experiential activation, ensuring concepts are tailored to the specific needs and constraints of the space. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align experiential initiatives with overall brand strategies and objectives.
• Make recommendation on emerging technologies and trends in experiential marketing to enhance activations and drive engagement.
• Oversee the creative direction of projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.

You Have: 

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on experiential marketing or event management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful experiential activations across a range of spaces and industries.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, AR/VR, and interactive experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to experiential marketing and events.
