Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist with extensive experience in the sheds industry to champion our software solutions. This individual will be instrumental in leveraging industry-specific insights to drive software adoption, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of shed manufacturers, dealers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Sales & Promotion
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the sheds industry.
• Identify potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our software solutions can address those needs.
• Provide software demos to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to highlight industry-specific features.
• Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the sheds industry.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing Sensei Digital and networking with potential leads.
• Market Intelligence
• Stay abreast of trends and changes in the sheds industry, providing feedback to our development team to ensure our software remains relevant.
• Monitor competitor software solutions and strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
• Training & Onboarding
• Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our software to its full potential.
• Provide training sessions, webinars, and resources tailored to the sheds industry.
• Achieve Sales Targets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the sheds or related outdoor structures industry.
• Proven track record of software or B2B sales.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sheds industry.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
