A recognized cosmetics company in New York City is looking to add a new Data Integrity Business Analyst to join their growing team in Queens. In this role, the Data Integrity Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for ensuring IT business processes adhere to data integrity principles with effectiveness and efficiency.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to be LOCAL to the company's work site and be in the office at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The Data Integrity Business Analyst will:- Lead analysis of IT Data Integrity processes to ensure alignment with the overall Enterprise CyberSecurity & Risk corporate objectives
- Analyze and document business processes
- Work closely with Project Managers and key program stakeholders to identify process gaps and remediation options
- Provide guidance on SOP/WKI templates and training to impacted departments to ensure their functional subject matter experts (SMEs) can create the required documentation
- Keep accurate records for all training and training documentation on their respective learning management system
- Assist the Global DI Lead and R&D Site DI Leads to conduct periodic verification of processes/SOPs/WKIs to ensure they are current and effective
- Provide status updates at site-level to ensure visibility of process priorities and risks
- Work with Data Integrity IT resources and external vendors to ensure that data integrity controls are being properly maintained in the company's central inventory system
- Perform other duties, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of experience with GxP data/working on GxP projects
- Experience in analyzing business processes for compliance, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience in writing technical/compliance process documentation, SOPs and training.
- Knowledge of GxP (Good Manufacturing/Laboratory/Documentation practices)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g. OpenText)
- Knowledge of FDA Validation and 21 CFR Part 11
