Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

    Salary: $50,000 per year

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team at All In Strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of our CRM systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating with our in-house CRM system.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Integration:
    • Implement updates and new features within the CRM platforms.
    • Resolve any technical issues or challenges related to CRM.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

    2. In House CRM Integration:
    • Work closely with the in house team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in our custom CRM.
    • Stay informed about CRM updates and enhancements, implementing them as needed.

    3. Training and Documentation:
    • Provide training to team members on CRM usage.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and best practices.

    4. Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM systems and integration processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance system efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    1. Minimum of 3 years of CRM experience.
    2. Solid understanding of CRM systems and their integration processes.
    3. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRMs.
    4. A quick learner with the ability to master our in-house CRM.
    5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

    Requirements:

    1. On-site presence in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
    3. Proven track record of successful CRM integrations and implementations.
