Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications:1. Minimum of 3 years of CRM experience.2. Solid understanding of CRM systems and their integration processes.3. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRMs.4. A quick learner with the ability to master our in-house CRM.5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Requirements:1.
